The Ina Jo Rosenberg and Shiri Eve Leah Gumbiner Fellowship fellowship honors Noah Rosenberg’s younger sister, Ina Jo Rosenberg, and her daughter, Shiri Eve Leah Gumbiner. Noah and Shelley Rosenberg established the fellowship in April 2010 for a health policy student. The school made its first award in fall 2010. Noah Rosenberg earned two degrees from the University of Wisconsin–Madison: a 1972 bachelor’s degree in history and a 1975 master’s degree in social work. After graduating in 1980 with a law degree from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles, he built a law practice based on health care. His younger sister Ina passed away in 2002, and her daughter Shiri passed away in 2005.
