presented their public affairs workshop report to the City of Madison's solid waste advisory committee on September 3, 2009. With co-author Catherine Hall, they produced "City of Milwaukee: Impacts of Pay-As-You-Throw Municipal Solid Waste Collection" for the City of Milwaukee's budget office as part of a course taught by professor Susan Yackee. After Milwaukee's mayor heard their initial presentation, they presented a second time to Milwaukee's public works committee.
