Performance Management projects sought

The La Follette School of Public Affairs is seeking projects from public/nonprofit organizations in need of assistance with strategic planning, performance measurement, or performance data analysis.

These client-based projects are a key element of graduate students’ work in the Performance Management course taught by La Follette School Director and Professor Don Moynihan this fall.
Interested clients should send the following information to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it..

  • a one- to two-paragraph description, including key questions the project would address
  • the organization name
  • the name of and contact information for the person who will serve as the primary point of contact and liaison with the student team

The most important element for assessing the viability of performance management projects is a clear and high-profile client, with a contact person in a position to respond to students and facilitate conversations.

Additional information and sample performance reports are on the La Follette School website. The course syllabus also is online.
