Students who wish to concentrate in a particular policy field can craft an
academic program that best suits their intellectual and career interests by choosing the appropriate electives. La Follette School faculty are nationally recognized experts in various specialties, with affiliations with other campus departments, and can advise students on course selection.
Following are examples of fields and possible courses for that field. Courses listed are not requirements. Joint programs offer a student the opportunity to formalize their training in two academic areas.
