The La Follette School of Public Affairs provides scholarships for incoming students on a merit basis. Various awards are awarded on a one-year basis. These awards do not include in-state tuition. The funds that make possible the provision of financial support include:
All applicants who apply online by January 1 and have completed the admission process are automatically considered for La Follette fellowships. La Follette fellowships are awarded based on merit and typically offer a stipend, in-state tuition and health insurance.
All La Follette students can apply for financial assistance to offset costs of their summer internship. The summer internship stipend process is handled separately during the year through the Career Development Office.
Applicants who meet the eligibility requirements for the university Advanced Opportunity Fellowships will automatically be considered for support.
