For Students: La Follette School Student Association Leadership Award
The La Follette School Student Association established the Leadership Award in 2010 to honor a student who is not a LSSA board member for her or his achievements while at the La Follette School. The award recognizes that exemplary leadership is more than just academic excellence and that the work students do outside of the classroom to better the community takes time and commitment that cannot be quantified through grades. The winner possesses exemplary leadership and commitment to service within La Follette, the University of Wisconsin System and the Madison community.
