Where our 2023 graduates work

Data shows where students who earned one of our master’s degrees in 2023 found work six months after graduating.

Of 43 La Follette School 2023 Master of Public Affairs (MPA) and Master of International Public Affairs (MIPA) graduates, 40 entered the workforce and three sought additional degrees. Of those entering the workforce, 97.5% (39 out of 40 graduates) reported that they had secured employment in their fields by December 2023.

Of those who secured employment, 95% of graduates found jobs focused on domestic policy and management and 5% found jobs focused on international policy and management.
